OVERVIEW
The main goal of the NEXUS Scholars program is to enable academically talented students
to pursue successful careers in promising STEM fields. Ultimately, the NEXUS Scholars
program seeks to increase the number of students who graduate with a degree related
to data science and contribute to the American innovation economy with their STEM
knowledge. Recognizing that financial aid alone cannot increase retention and graduation
in STEM, the NEXUS Scholars program provides cohort and individualized mentorship
opportunities, financial aid, research or internship experience and more.
